Dear Friends,
Madison Hoop Dreams School of Basketball will be offered in early September to help prepare players for travel team tryouts. In addition, it is an opportunity for all players to improve their skills. There will be a coach for each group of 5 players.
When: Wednesdays, Sept. 3 and 10 --- Mondays, Sept. 8 and 15
Where: The Walter Polson Middle School
Times:
Session One for grades 3 – 6* is 6 PM to 7 PM
(Small group and individual instruction on shooting and ball handling)
Session Two for grades 6* – 9 is 7 PM – 8:30 PM
(First half hour is on shooting and ball handling. The next hour will include full court, transition basketball and introduce concepts emphasized in high school and college practices)
* Sixth graders have a choice based on their readiness to do the transition drills.
Cost: $100
